Cancellation policy

The law gives consumers the right of withdrawal, which means they may return their items within 14 days. At ONE, we believe you will not regret your purchase. That is why, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Please note that we can only accept items with no damage or signs of use. Items must always be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories included.
