Shipping policy

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Current shipping times are:

Mainland Portugal: up to 48 working hours

Portuguese islands: 5 to 10 working days

Other destinations: up to 10 working days

Note: the delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping takes place after the order processing time. The times indicated apply to working days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.

During festive seasons and periods of higher demand, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual.
