Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without a previously approved return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including personalised products, special orders or made-to-order items, as well as personal care products, such as beauty products. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before requesting a return. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
